  Pathetic customer handling services that any Toyota center can offer. They are least concerned about the customer comfort. The only experience that i had is they enjoy almost 2 hours of break for lunch against the authorised 1 hour break, least bothered to waste the time of customers. General courtesy is also something which lags in here.
