  The service is just ok. But needs better customers service. I asked the guy to email the ticket he said ok but didn't bother to email despite requesting him three times.plus they did not have small notes (Rupees) to return me back my change. i had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to find small notes.

  It is really difficult to find city office and staff was also not cooperative

  Very poor service will never recommend this airline to others , such a bad experience will never travel in this airline , rude staff mannerless Flight is always late .. Hate this airline alot bad experience .. 😡

  The place is hidden away in cluster of offices manned by very helpful and professional staff who were friendly who did their best to make the ticketing process fast and efficient... As impressive as the serene travelling experience...
