  Lovely aroma and environment in the hotel. Everything is quite clean and hygienic. The rooms are quite cozy and the furniture is quite comfortable, just that the deluxe rooms aren't big enough. The only downfall with Pearl Continental is that the food doesn't taste as good as it should. The prices of the food is quite high but the taste doesn't match the price which makes me give it a 4 star.

  Great stay! Amazing breakfast. Clean rooms, Quite, Loved the gym Stayed here in February 2017 for the first time and was given their best room. The hotel staff knew me by my name which was nice. They gave a lot of complimentary food directly into our hotel room which was amazing. Never had that experience. The food was great, clean hotel, professional staff, all spoke very good English. Gym was very nice too. It kind of took me by surprise at all the equipment they had in there. If I could have them change one thing; that'd be they should give discounts to repeated customers. I contacted the hotel via email as I want to stay there again but there is no chance of discounts here. Otherwise it is def a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately; we have to look at our pockets too and customer loyalty should be number 1 for Hotel Management; so I chose to give it 4 stars

  PC Karachi is one of the good ones. If you dont count the stars, PC is one of the two better hotels in Karachi city. It's two-way unique entrances allows you to go to banqueting areas or the rooms area. With that design, though old, comes lot of space. That spaciousness is beautifully decorated and gives nice ambience to this once Intercontinental chain hotel. They are maintaining it nicely and PC is always a good place to stay or do functions. Food can be improved though traditional food is as good as you can find in a 5 star facility.

  Good location and helpful staff I stayed in this hotel for a week with my family and overall we are satisfied. Good indoor Chinese, Japanese and Pakistani restaurants. Very good gym facilities and clean swimming pool. The staff always friendly and eager to help, worth mentioning Sehrish Sultans Shift Leader who was very helpful and gave us a late checkout with a smile. Minus Points The carpet must be replaced urgently as completely worn-out and showing its age, not suitable for a 5 star hotel. They should also do something to control loud music at night especially front of the building which keeps you awake.
