  I was never really sold on the concept of a gym until I was convinced to try this one. All I can say is WOW. The facility is astounding. Everything is so impeccably clean. There are plenty of machines available at all times, even during times I thought the place would be packed.The trainers are so friendly infact whole of Kinetix ambiance is family like. But far and away the best part is the knowledge they provide you with. Diet plays so much part in our lives I never knew it before.I highly recommend this place and yes Thank you a million Kinetix for everything you do for your members.

  Best fitness studio in the capital HANDS DOWN! I am so glad to be part of Kinetix family. The way they keep you motivated is amazing. Most importantly, the only gym I have seen some real long term results from. Thank you so much guys for all the time and effort you put in for all of us.

  Best gym in islamabad. I've been to almost every gym and tried every other exercise but nothing can compare to this gym. It's much more than just a gym. It's a family. If you're looking for a gym hands down this is the place to be
