  Not easy to locate. You have to go in from Islamabad Highway to Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, then take the first u-turn and follow it to where you came in from the Highway. There would be a small road to your left. It leads straight to the DCP. All licenses confiscated in Zone 1 are collected from here.

  Its hard to locate, a path goes on right when you enter in to khyban e soharwardii.
