  Islamabad Serena Hotel is one of the top most premium places of stay in the capital city. The place itself offers a good array of services and has exceptionally good services. Staff is cordial and well trained. The level of maintenance is very high. Room rates are very high and so are the rates for other services. Another plus point is its location which is very near to the diplomatic enclave where most of the embassies are functioning. Recommended.

  5 star luxury hotel with all amenities. Dining & banquet halls, auditorium & business centre. Well furnished rooms. Swimming pool & spa. Good location. Ample parking with valet service. Excellent place for corporate & private events.

  One of the best hotels in Islamabad, no doubt about it. One thing I would appreciate more is the security privacy. They ask you irrelevant questions, and I do not appreciate that. Otherwise the spa facilities are nice. I love the cookies and ginger tea in the spa. The rooms are a little small but that's alright. Understandable.

  Apart from being just beautiful and serene, this place has great accommodation, catering and food. Their business lounge is one of the best owned properties in the country. It's lit all night and has great food and very welcoming stuff. The view is great too. Another notable luxury is their sauna bath and massage. They are very comforting. Moreover, their hospitality is commendable. I recommend this place to everyone visiting Islamabad, Pakistan.

  Absolutely the best and most luxurious hotel in Islamabad. The only one to be included in world class leading 5 star hotel chain. Comfortable rooms with all the facilities and top notch room service responding within blink of an eye. Grand halls provide the best venues for all kind of celebrations and events including conferences. For matrimonial services, the house photography team knows all the kind of shots one needs to make one’s day. Tip: while staying in non-executive room, go for room number 221. It has the best views of pool and hotel from its window. Tip: while staying here, do ask for free services you can get. If you’re a female, chances are you are entitled to free massage parlor services otherwise costing £100.
