  Terrible experience. Went to the cafe in the day and asked them about their ice cream, I was told it would be ready in about 15 minutes. Upon getting to know about this I decided to stay nearby and informed the staff that I am coming back in 15 minutes. I gave them 20 minutes and went back to ask to which one of the staff member responded with "yes, its ready". Without wasting a second I grabbed a cup and tried to get the ice cream out, hardly a drop came out to which the staff said "I think its frozen" he tried it himself and the ice cream wont come out. I was told that it would take about 30 minutes to get this fixed. Quickly asked my family members what they want to do as thw only Berrylicious closed a while back in Karachi and we came from Karachi to have this basically. We decided to stay around the area and come back after 30 minutes, this time I was getting sick of it so I even asked the staff member if I should come back or if it would take 30 minutes or should I not come back. He stayed with his old statement and said it will be fixed under 30. I trusted them again being fooled twice and went back after 30. So again! I came back and found out the ice cream is not frozen now but they forgot to turn the freezer on so it has all melted! CONGRATULATIONS. I honestly cpuldnt bare it anymore to which I started questioning the staff about their service. Their Manager or owner was present there but he didnt care to stand up and talk about it and apologise rather than keeping up with his bossy attitude. They again asked for 10 minutes and I sat there infront of them anyway in the end I still got melted ice cream like something I couldn't even call ice cream because its not even iced. Would never recommend anyone, please opt for something else.
